About this tool
Fill in your company and client details, add line items, and watch the invoice update live. When it looks right, click Create invoice to print it or save it as a PDF. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
The generator handles VAT at any rate, percentage or fixed discounts, an optional converted total in a second currency, multiple bank accounts, card payment links, PayPal, Wise, Revolut and cash as payment options, notes, terms and a signature block. Invoices can be produced in English or Albanian, with your own logo and accent color.
Everything is calculated on your device. No invoice data is uploaded, and templates you save stay in your browser. Built by Digital Island, a software and web agency in Tirana.

Yes. You can create, preview and download as many invoices as you like at no cost, without creating an account.
Nowhere but your own browser. Invoices are built and rendered on your device, and nothing is sent to a server. Drafts, invoice history, saved clients and items live in your browser's local storage only.
Click Create invoice. Your browser's print dialog opens with the invoice laid out on an A4 page; choose "Save as PDF" as the destination.
Yes. In the Totals step you can switch on VAT with any rate, apply a percentage or fixed discount, and show an informational converted total in another currency.
The invoice document can be produced in English, Albanian, Italian, German, French or Spanish, and the app interface is available in the same languages. Both can be switched at any time from the menu.
Yes. Upload a logo in the Your company step and pick any accent color from the menu; both appear on the invoice and in the PDF.
