The MMCDD organises the “Muscat Municipality Design Competition 2025” — an international open call for architectural and urban-design proposals focused on a mixed-use building in Busher, Oman. The competition requires a digital presence that accommodates global participation, submission portals, press releases, event agendas, and ongoing updates.
Our Role
We were responsible for the complete digital delivery of the TEN The Matcha website, transforming the brand vision into a refined and high-performing online experience. Our work covered the full website lifecycle, from visual design to technical implementation, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and brand consistency.
Web Design
Crafted a minimalist, elegant interface inspired by the calm and premium nature of matcha culture, ensuring strong visual identity and intuitive user flow.

Design & Development Process
We began by defining a clear information architecture and visual hierarchy, prioritizing key user journeys such as product discovery, brand storytelling, and checkout flow. The design language was intentionally minimal and calm, allowing the product and brand values to remain at the center.
Development followed a mobile-first approach, ensuring the website performs consistently across devices and screen sizes. The frontend was built with clean, scalable code, optimized for speed, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
SEO best practices were integrated from the start, including semantic HTML structure, descriptive URLs, metadata, and optimized content structure to support discoverability and organic growth.
