Verdello is a contemporary Italian dining destination located in the Upper West Side of New York City, offering wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, handmade pastas, and a stylish, modern atmosphere.
The restaurant underwent a recent rebrand from its former name and sought a fresh digital presence that would reflect its elevated look, new menu focus, and appeal to both local diners and visitors.
Our Role
At Digital Island, our team was responsible for the full cycle of the project for Verdello: from initial design concept through full website development, launch, and ongoing maintenance.

We began with a design direction that emphasised the restaurant’s modern reinterpretation of Italian dining: clean lines, strong photography, easy navigation, and a layout that highlights key sections such as “Menu”, “About”, “Reservations”, “Gallery”.
We selected typography, color palette and imagery that aligned with Verdello’s brand – sophisticated yet approachable.
