How this calculator works

The gross salary is converted to a yearly figure and the employer contribution percentage is applied to it. Monthly benefits are multiplied by twelve, and yearly bonuses and other costs are added. The total is shown per year and per month, and divided by the working hours in a year to give the cost of one hour of the employee's time.
